The friendships formed in the entire athletic community on and off the court
2017-18: In her first season, Fosness appeared in 21 games and made 16 starts. She scored 89 total points and averaged 4.2 points per game and 3.0 rebounds. Fosness scored a career-high 12 points in two MIAC games and was St. Kate's representative on the All-MIAC Sportsmanship team.
Academic Involvement / Honors:
Dean's List Fall '17, Spring '18
High School: Fosness was an extremely successful three-sport athlete during her time at Britton-Hecla. She was a five-year letter winner with the basketball team and also earned All-Conference and team MVP honors during her career. Additionally, she was the team's leading rebounder and scorer during her carere and led the team in assists. Fosness also lettered in cross country and track. Off the court, she was a member of student-coucil and an A honor roll student.
Personal: Fosness chose St. Kate's because of the opportunities in occupational therapy and the chance to play basketball. She plans to major in public health and is the daughter of Nick and Jenny Fosness.
