I'm proud to be a Wildcat because: I get to be a part of something bigger and represent a great school.

What do you enjoy most about being a student-athlete at St. Catherine?: I love the sense of community as well as knowing I am a part of a growing and building program.

2017: As a junior, Macziewski earned All-MIAC honors for the second straight season and was named Second Team All-Region after a career year at the plate and in the field. At the plate, Macziewski ranked second on the team in multiple statistical categories during the regular season, including batting average (.395), slugging percentage (.622), runs (38), hits (47), home runs (7) and RBI. She was even better against MIAC opponents, as she led the conference in runs (27) and hits (33), was second in batting average against MIAC opponents (.458) and ranked in the top three in several other statistical categories. The junior was also extremely impressive in the field, as she committed just seven errors in 40 games and made multiple game saving plays during both the regular and postseason. In addition to earning All-MIAC honors, Macziewski earned several other accolades during the 2017 season. She became the first softball player in program history to be named the National Fastpitch Coaches Association/Louisville Slugger Division III Player-of-the-Week in late April and became the first player since 2013 to earn Academic All-District honors from CoSIDA. Macziewski was also named to the MIAC All-Tournament and NCAA All-Regional teams and was named the Most Valuable Player of the St. Paul Super Regional.

2016: Macziewski had a breakout season in her second year with the Wildcats and earned All-MIAC honors for the first time in her career. Macziewski was consistently one of the top hitters for St. Kate's and was second on the team in batting average (.343). Her career day came in a come from behind 12-6 victory over Bethel University, where Macziewski went 5-6 and was one of two Wildcat batters to hit a grand slam in the same inning. Defensively, Macziewski finished with the most defensive assists at 74 and fielded four double plays during the regular and post season, while only committing three defensive errors. She was also named the MIAC's Elite 22 Award Winner for being the student-athlete with the best GPA in the MIAC Championship game.

2015: In her first season as a Wildcat, Macziewski played and started in 36 games for the Wildcats. She hit .315 and recorded 39 hits, 20 runs and four home runs. Macziewski was second on the team in doubles (13) and third in RBI (28). She also boasted a .532 slugging percentage and led the team with 68 assists.

High School: At Jefferson, Macziewski helped the softball team to four-consecutive state championship appearances and consolation championships. As a junior, Macziewski was an all-section player. During her senior year, she was named all-conference, all-section, all-state second team and all-metro first-team. Macziewski was also an all-star series player as a senior and and individual academic winner. She also lettered with the math team in 2014.

Personal: Macziewski chose to attend St. Kate's because of the academic programs and the softball coaching staff. She is a exercise and sport science major and dean's list student. Macziewski is also a member of the Wildcat Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (WSAAC). She is the daughter of Jeff and Sandra Macziewski.
