Why I chose St. Kate's: I chose St. Kate's because of the inclusive and empowering environment in both academics and athletics.

2021: This will be Proper's fourth season as a Wildcat.

2020: During her third season, Proper appeared in five games. She had a record of 4-0, with 29 strikeouts, and a ERA of .75.

2019: In her sophomore season, Proper appeared in 29 games, staring 21. She finished with a record of 13-10, tallying 117 strikeouts, 9 complete games, and an ERA of 2.57.She also had a .781 fielding percentage. 

2018: Proper appeared in 19 games and started in 13 during the 2018 season, with 57.1 innings pitched. Proper earned a 3.54 ERA on the mound. In the field she had a .941 fielding percentage. She was also impressive in the classroom, being named to the Easton/NFCA Scholar-Athlete Honor list.

Academic Involvement / Honors: Dean's List Fall 17', Fall 18', Spring 19', Fall 19', Spring 20', Fall 20'.  Executive Board Member of WSAAC 2020-2021.

I am proud to be a Wildcat because: It is a privilege to participate in collegiate sports, and I am grateful to be have been given the opportunity here at St. Kate's.

What I enjoy most about being a student-athlete at St. Catherine is: I love the life-long friendships I have made through being a part of a tight-knit athletic department.

Personal: Proper is the daughter of Jennifer and Steve Proper. She is also in the Master's program of Public Health.
