Rodgers joins the St. Catherine University softball staff for her third season in 2015-16. Prior to joining the Wildcat staff, Rodgers spent time coaching at Benilde-St. Margaret High School and working with program development with the Highland Little League. Rodgers has also worked with numerous youth pitchers to develop skills, mechanics and understanding of the mental side of the game. 

Rodgers has a law degree and currently practices in the Twin Cities area. She attended Hamline University and Saint Mary's University during her undergraduate career.
