Emma Frost

Emma Frost enters her third season as the Wildcats assistant coach.  Frost joined St. Catherine University after spending four years playing softball at the University of Minnesota Duluth while obtaining a degree in social work. 

While at Minnesota-Duluth, Frost appeared in 163 games with her sophomore season cut short due to COVID-19. In 448 at bats, she scored 70 runs which included 14 home runs and 74 RBI. In her final season in the maroon and gold, Frost was team captain and was named to the All-Northern Sun Conference Team. 

Aside from St. Catherine's Softball, Frost has been in a coaching role since 2015 spending time working with the Minnesota Starters program and now currently with the Minnesota Renegades organization. In her role as Assistant Event Coordinator, Frost plays a key part in organizing and executing various events at St. Catherine University.
