Minder joins St. Kate's softball staff for her third season in 2018-19.
Prior to joining the Wildcats coaching staff, Minder interned with multiple Major League Baseball teams, including the New York Mets, the Office of the Commissioner, and the MLB Scouting Bureau. She is currently a scout with the Minnesota Twins as a Coordinate of Amateur Scouting and is a 2014 graduate of the MLB Scout School.
Minder was also successful during her career as a designated player and catcher with Stanford University from 2007-2010. Minder was a member of two Cardinal super regional teams and earned Second Team All-Academic Pac-10 honors during her career. She graduated from Stanford with a degree in International Relations and worked as a national security writer/editor for multiple publications.
