I'm proud to be a Wildcat because: being a Wildcat means working hard on and off the field and it is a great opportunity to be a part of a program that emphasizes that. 

What do you enjoy most about being a student-athlete at St. Catherine?
Being a part of a great academic and athletic community. I also enjoy the atmosphere of the university and the support we receive as a team. 

2018: This will be Del Real's third season with the Wildcats. 

2016: As a sophomore, Del Real appeared in eight games for the Wildcats as a first baseman. She had a .364 on base percentage after hitting .300 and recorded a perfect field percentage of1.000. 

2015: In her first season as a Wildcat, Del Real played in 16 games making six starts. She hit .250 recording seven hits, six RBI and five runs scored. 

High School: Del Real earned three letterman awards and three scholar athlete awards including the all-city scholar athlete award as a senior. She was named first-team all-league as a junior and was the varisty team's most improved. Outside of softball, Del Real graduated with honors and was a student coach with a youth football organization.

Personal:  Del Real chose to attend St. Kate's because she wanted to live in a completely new place away from home. She is an exercise and sport science, pre-physical therapy major and member of the Latina Student Association. She is the daughter of Juanita Del Real.
