Biography

During the 2008 season Teresa won the Wildcats Unsung Hero award for her numerous contributions to the team. Last season she played in 29 games, and went 10-for 43 (.233), she also scored 7 runs, had 3 RBIs. Defensively Meiners recorded 78 putouts and 38 assists with a .959 fielding percentage….During the 2007 season Teresa played in 23 games and had 2 RBIs and 5 total bases in 33 plate appearances….Meiners was team MVP, captain and an all-conference award winner at Dover-Eyota High School….She is the daughter of Connie and Jerry….Teresa is majoring in Nursing.
