I'm proud to be a Wildcat because: I'm proud to be a part of something other than academics throughout my college years. The Wildcats environment is always positive and being a part of another close family is irreplaceable. 

What do enjoy most about being a student-athlete at St. Catherine?: I get to be an organized student with the benefit of having another family. The environment is such a positive atmosphere that it seems like its own little community. 

2014: The 2014 season will be Kahlow's last as a member of the Wildcat volleyball team. 

2013: In 2013, Kahlow tallied 198 assists to surpass the 1,000-career-assists mark. She also led the team in service aces with 28.  Kahlow earned Academic All-MIAC honors. 

2012: As a sophomore, Kahlow played in 32 matches. She led the team with 545 assists and recorded 24 service aces. Kahlow  was 11th in the MIAC for assits per set with 5.09.  Kahlow also earned Academic All-MIAC honors. 

2011:  In Kahlow's first season as a Wildcat she played in 98 games and had 468 set assists. She set the school record in service aces with 52 and also led the MIAC in this category.

High School:  Kahlow was a four-year letter winner at LeSueur-Henderson High School and played in the state tournament as a junior.  She was a captain and earned all-conference honors as a senior and holds the school record for most set assists in a match. Kahlow was involved with National Honor Society, student council, Dollars for Scholars, and volunteered at her church.

Personal: Kahlow is a marketing and management major at St. Kate's and dean's list student. She is the daughter of Jim and Patti Kahlow.
