2011 Cross Country Roster
Biography
2010: Heidi served as team captain for the 2010 season, although she did not race due to injury.
Heidi is also a member of the softball team.
2009: As a sophomore she was in the top five for the team at the MIAC meet.
2008: As a first year, Sande lettered in both cross country and track & field. Having never set foot on a track before her first year at St. Kate's, Sande went on to be a part of the school record setting distance medley relay team and earned MIAC honorable mention honors during both the indoor and outdoor track seasons as a member of the DMR and 4 x 800 meter relay teams. Sande also posted St. Kate's top ten times in the 800 and 1000 meter runs during the 2009 season.
High School: In high school Heidi was a three-time state meet participant in cross country. She received all-state honors once, and all-conference honors five times during her high school cross country career. Sande also participated in hockey and softball at Cook County and was the homecoming queen.
Personal: Heidi has a twin brother. The daughter of Nancy and Steve, Heidi is majoring in Physical Therapy at St. Kate's.
