Biography

2011: Heidi is a returning varsity letter winner for the Wildcats.

2010: A two-time letter winner for the Wildcats cross country team, 2010 was Sande's first season with the Wildcats softball program. She had a .217 batting average and 9 RBIs. She also had 4 stolen bases.

High School: Heidi was a three-time state meet participant in cross country. She received All-State Honors once and All-Conference Honors five tiems during her high school cross country career. Sande also participated in hockey at Cook County High School.

Personal: Heidi has a twin brother. The daughter of Nancy and Steve, Heidi is majoring in Physical Therapy at St. Kate's.
