Biography

2022-23 St. Catherine Athletics Rookie of the Year
2022 MIAC All-Conference

2022: Appeared in and started all 26 matches in her rookie season playing 98 sets. Tellez tallied 211 kills with 257 digs, 21 aces and 22 blocks. 

High School: Member of her school's varsity indoor and beach volleyball teams. Was named first-team honorable mention for beach volleyball and was the MVP of her club team. Tellez is a member of the Spanish Club, Key Club and earned a First-team Academic Award. 

Personal: Daughter of Wendy Silva. Plans to study sonography at St. Catherine. 

What do you enjoy most about being a student-athlete at St. Kate's?I enjoy the support that both the athletic and education departments offer regarding scheduling and flexibility.

I chose St. Catherine University because: I chose St. Catherine because of the beautiful campus, amazing sonography program and welcoming community.
