Amara Ramirez's Swimcloud Profile

2021-22: This is Ramirez's first season as a Wildcat and she competed in seven meets. At the Minnesota First Chance Meet Ramirez recorded two personal best in the 100-yard and 200-yard breaststroke. 

High School Accomplishments: Ramirez was rookie of the year in 2015. She was a six time letter winner, and an All-Conference honorable mention 2018-2020. Ramirez was the team Captain her senior year. She also earned Academic All-Conference in the year 2018-2019, and Academic All-State in 2020.

Personal: Daughter of Jasmin and Tony Ramirez. Dietetics Major. 

Why did you choose St. Kate's? Their welcoming environment and commitment to student success. There are countless opportunities offered to students, allowing them to pursue whatever they may be passionate about. I also enjoyed the smaller class sizes, which allow students to connect with their professors and peers.

What do you enjoy most about being a student athlete? The coaches' dedication to our overall success. The coaching staff is passionate about what they do, and it translates to the accomplishments made by student-athletes, both athletically and academically.
