2021-22: Friedrich's second season with the Wildcats she appeared in nine meets. At the MIAC Championship she swam in three events: 200-yard freestyle, 500-yard freestyle, and 1650-yard freestyle. Taking 7th in the 200-yard freestyle for All-Conference Honorable Mention and receiving MIAC All-Conference awards in the 500-yard freestyle placing 3rd and 1650-yard freestyle placing 2nd. Both the 500-yard freestyle and 1650-yard freestyle were personal bests.
2020-21: This will be Friedrich's first season with the Wildcats.Â
High School:Â 4x All-Conference Honoree at Blaine High School earning Rookie of the Year as a freshman, MVP as a junior, and most dedicated in her senior season. Friedrich set four program records in her career while appearing in the MSHSLÂ Championships all four years. Friedrich lettered in academics at Blaine along with earning the Triple A award as a senior. She was also a member of National Honor Society and graduated with high honors.Â
Personal: Daughter of Adam and Debora Friedrich. Exercise Science Pre-Occupational Therapy Major.

I chose to attend St. Kate's because:Â because of the positive and welcoming environment. I was welcomed with open arms from the admissions, students, and members of the swim team so I cannot wait to continue my education and swimming career at such a wonderful school.
