2022: Appeared in 26 matches for the Wildcats playing 98 sets. Segner recorded a team-best 368 digs with 97 assists, 31 aces and four kills. 

2021: Appeared in 12 matches and 30 sets in her sophomore season. Segner had 53 digs plus five aces and one kill. 

Spring 2021: Played in five matches and 17 sets as a rookie recording 55 digs and 13 assists. 

High School:  Segner earned All-Conference honors as a junior and was named All-Conference Honorable Mention in her senior season while having achieved 1,000 career digs at Waconia. She led her team in service aces tallying 89 in her junior and senior seasons. Along with playing volleyball for the Wildcats, Segner is on the softball team and plays club volleyball for Vital Volleyball Club in Eden Prairie. 

Personal: A native of Waconia, Minnesota, Exercise and Sport Science major. Daughter of Amy and Derek Segner.

Why did you choose St. Catherine?: I chose St. Kate's for the community and the academics that are offered at this school. Also being able to play volleyball is a bonus for me as well as getting my education here at St. Kate's. The coaching staff and team were very welcoming and made the university feel like home to me.

What do you enjoy most about being a student-athlete at St. Kate's?: I enjoy that instant connections and friendships that are able to be made whether it is with teammates, staff or other athletes who are part of other athletics. I also enjoy the family connection that gets made with being part of a team and always having someone to be able to go to when needed.
