2017-18 Statistics

2018-19: As a sophomore, Matzke competed in eleven rounds for the Wildcats in the fall, averaging 82.45 strokes per round... her best tournament was the MIAC Championship where she shot a 243 for the three day event, she would earn All-MIAC honors for her play coming in 10th place for the whole tournament... Matzke's best round was an 80 which she shot at both the MIAC Championship and at the St. Kate's Fall Invite.  

2017-18: Appeared in six tournaments for the Wildcats as a first-year for season average of 85.94. Matzke's best round was day one of the MIAC Championship shooting a 82. 

High School: Matzke was extremely successful during her career at Lincoln. She was a 4x All-Conference golfer and led the Tigers to a second place finish at the state tournament in 2017. She was named to the All-State team as a junior and senior, and finished in the top-20 at the state tournament both seasons as well. Off the course, Matzke was an honor roll student and received multiple awards, including the Student of Service, Excel Award, and Lake City's Triple AAA Award. 

Personal: Matzke chose St. Kate's because of its location, campus atmosphere, and liberal arts education. She plans to major in biology and is the daughter of Chris and Lynette Matzke.
