2017-18: In her final season, PechacekĀ became the first goalie in program history to earn honors from the MIAC in three consecutive years, as she was named All-Conference Honorable Mention at the end of the season.Ā The senior goalie led the MIAC in save percentage (.935) and was second in saves (560) despite missing two conference series in January. Pechacek was even better against conference opponents. The senior faced 416 shots in MIAC play, an average of 37.8 a game, and accumulated a save percentage of .937 against conference opponents.Ā She also tallied an assist in St. Kate's 2-1 loss to Bethel on February 16. Pechacek will graduate as the school record holder inĀ single-season save percentage (.960), single-season goals against average (1.36) and career save percentage (.940). She also ranks in the top-5 all-time in games played (47; No. 4), minutes played (2809:11; No. 4), and career GAA (2.14; No. 2).Ā Ā
2016-17: In her junior season,
Ā Pechacek earned honors from the MIAC for the second consecutive season after being named All-Conference in 2015-16. The junior goalie, who faced an average of 38 shots per game, earned All-Conference Honorable Mention honors after finishing the season ranked third in the MIAC in save percentage (.934) and fifth in goals against average (2.40) and saves (442). Her .941 save percentage against conference opponents was second only to Amanda DiNella and she held a GAA of just 2.21 against MIAC opponents as well.
2015-16: Pechacek had a breakout season as a sophomore, earning All-MIAC and Second Team All-America honors for her play. She was just the second St. Kate's hockey player in program history to earn the All-America honor after anchoring the top penalty kill in the country in 2015-16.Ā Ā In 13 games and 749:58 minutes of play, Pechacek posted a 4-5-4 record with all of her wins coming against MIAC opponents. She led the MIAC with a .960 save percentage, 1.36 goals against average (GAA), and was fifth in the conference with 429 saves.Nationally, she ranked in the top-10 in several statistical categories, and finished No. 2 in the country in save percentage and No. 9 in GAA.Ā
2014-15:Ā In her fist season as a Wildcat, Pechacek played and started in six games for the Wildcats finishing with a 2.43 goals against average, a .934 save percentage and two wins.
High School:Ā With Team Wisconsin, Pechacek helped her team to four Tier 1 state championships. At Chequamegon High School, Pechacek was a four-year letter winner in hockey and softball. She was also an honor roll student and member of National Honor Society.Ā
Personal:Ā Pechaceck is a neuroscience and psychology major. She is the daughter of Mark and Joann Pechacek.Ā
