What do you enjoy most about being a student-athlete at St. Catherine?: I get the opportunity to meet a lot of new people.
2016: This will be Lindenfelser's second season as a Wildcat.
2015: In her first season as a Wildcat, Lindenfelser earned All-MIAC and NFCA All-Midwest-Region Second Team honors after leading the team with a .667 slugging percentage. She ranked in the top-10 in the MIAC for batting average (.392), doubles (10), home runs (6) and RBI (34). Lindenfelser hit her first collegiate grand slam on March 27 vs. Northwestern-St. Paul. On the mound, Lindenfelser was 10th in the nation for strikeouts per seven innings (9.4). She also ranked int he top-10 in the MIAC for earned run average (2.09), wins (9), strikeouts (94) and shutouts (3). Lindenfelser was also MIAC Athlete-of-the-Week on March 2 and was the Wildcat Rookie of the Year.
Other sports: Lindenfelser is also a member of the St. Kate's volleyball team.
High School: In volleyball, Lindenfelser was a three-year letter winner at Anoka. She was an all-conference player and team MVP. During her junior season, Lindenfelser was an honorable mention and helped Anoka make a state tournament appearance after winning the section championship. She was a four-year letter winner in softball, three time all-conference and twice all-section player. Lindenfelser was the team's MVP four times, senior captain and all-state tournament player. She also earned a varsity letter for weight lifting.
Personal: Lindenfelser chose to attend St. Kate's for the nursing program and the opportunity to play two sports. Lindenfelser is a nursing major. She is the daughter of Leon and Judy Lindenfelser.
