Five earn United Soccer Coaches All Region Honors

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- The United Soccer Coaches (USC) announced the 2025 All-Region Teams with five from St. Catherine University on the end of the season list. The Wildcats honored include seniors Briana Henaman, Bella Meier, and Natalie Pfleger along with sophomores Brianna Valdez and Jaidyn Richter. This is the third consecutive season that the Wildcats have placed five athletes on the prestigious list and first time since 2023 that the team has earned two first-team selections.

Briana Henaman earned first-team recognition after a standout season with five goals, four assists and a total of 14 points. Henaman was named to the MIAC All-Conference team and was selected for the 2025 All-Playoff Team.

Bella Meier joins Henaman on the first-team list after leading the team with ten goals, eight assists and four game-winners. She was also named to the MIAC All-Conference team after her first full-season in the Purple and Gold.

Goalkeeper Brianna Valdez was selected for the all region second team recording 17 wins in 21 games played along with eleven complete shutouts.

Senior Natalie Pfleger was named to the third team for the second consecutive season. Pfleger recorded nine goals and one assist plus five game-winners.

Sophomore Jaidyn Ritcher rounded out the 2025 selection list for St. Kate's after anchoring the Wildcats back line in their 17-4 season. On top of her 1,692 minutes played, Ritcher tallied one goal and one assist.
