ST. PAUL, Minn. -- The St. Catherine University soccer team made history again on Saturday with a 4-0 victory over the University of Wisconsin-Superior Yellowjackets. For the first time in the history of the program, St. Kate's clinched a first round win and advance to the round of 32.
St. Kate's dominated the shot count in the first-half unable to get back a talented keeper from Superior. The Wildcats' fired off 14 shots with eight on net before knocking down the program's first goal in an NCAA postseason contest. The MIAC Offensive Player of the Year,

Emma Watt scored St. Kate's second goal unassisted in the 48th minute for her third of the season.
Holm was responsible for St. Kate's third goal, also her third of the season, at 72:30 off a pass from senior
Sofia Campbell. The Wildcats final goal came with just under three minutes to play scored by sophomore
Emily Stephens with help from rookie
Sydney Nelson.

Kate Praetz had two saves in the game for her tenth shutout of the season and fifth consecutive. Pratez and the Wildcats have not allowed a goal since October 22nd when they beat Augsburg 2-1 in overtime.
St. Catherine earns the high-seed on Sunday playing the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse at 1 pm. Tickets for tomorrow's game are $10 for adults/seniors and $5 for students 5 years and up.
