ST. PAUL, Minn. - The Wildcat volleyball team heads to Superior, Wisconsin for their last non-conference road match of the season. The University of Wisconsin-Superior Yellowjackets are 13-6, 8-1 in the Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) and undefeated at home.
After dropping a set of matches last week to conference opponents Augsburg University and Gustavus Adolphus College and picking up a non-conference win at Martin Luther College, the Wildcats are now 7-7 overall and 0-5 in the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC).
Wednesday's 7 p.m. match will be the first of two on the schedule this season, as the Yellowjackets will travel to St. Paul just nine days after they compete tomorrow for a 1 p.m. game on Friday, October 12. The Wildcats and Yellowjackets faced each other twice in the 2017 season as well going 1-1. In their second match of the season, the Yellowjackets traveled to St. Paul to sweep the Wildcats in three sets with Peper leading the team in kills with 12.

Following tomorrow's road match at UW-Superior, the Wildcats return home on Saturday, October 6 for "Wash-Out Cancer" Day in support of breast cancer awareness.
