The Wildcat softball team finished their season with a four game win streak after beating Northwestern College Wednesday afternoon.
Morgan Bohmbach pitched both ends of the double-header, picking up two more wins. She added nine strikeouts and gave up only six hits and one earned run on the day. Two complete game victories, one being a 6-0 shutout is a great way to end any season.
Kaitlyn Frank was stellar at the plate in the first game, going 2-3, including a RBI triple, and scoring three runs. The Wildcats scored three runs in the sixth and seventh innings to put the game out of reach for the 8-2 win.
The second game saw most of the St. Kate's line up contributing offensively with eight players getting at least one hit in the 6-0 win.
Congrats to the Wildcats on a solid season!
