Alyssa Luedtke's triple and two singles in game one weren't enough to help the Wildcats get their first conference victory of the season Saturday afternoon in St. Joseph, MN. SCU lost the first game 7-3.
The second game was a bit more lopsided as St. Ben's caught fire offensively and came up big on defense, posting an 8-0 shutout against the Wildcats. The Blazers Stacy Svihel went two-for-two at the plate, with two runs scored and four RBIs while their pitcher Emma Alwin tossed the three-hit shutout.
