The Wildcat volleyball team put a perfect weekend in the books on Saturday as they picked up 3-1 victories in both games to go 4-0 for the tournament at UW Superior's Stinger Classic.  The Wildcats defeated Lakehead in the morning and then took down host Superior in the afternoon.  Stephanie Meschke and Brittni Wangerin were both named to the All-Tournament team. 

Lakehead proved to be an evenly matched opponent for the Wildcats, with all of the games being decided by only a few points.  The Wildcats won 25-22, 25-22, 20-25, 25-20.  In the afternoon they faced a challenge from their hosts, but won 25-23, 22-25, 25-19, 25-18.  The Wildcats played at a consistantly high level through the weekend, getting them back on track and ready to face St. Olaf on Wednesday October 19th at 7 pm in the Butler Center.  The team will be honoring their seniors at the match.
