The Wildcats went into Saturday's matchup against Hamline looking for their second conference victory of the season, while the Pipers were looking for their first conference win. After a back-and-forth five-set match, Hamline came out with a narrow victory, 18-25, 25-13, 26-28, 25-20, 16-14. The Wildcats fell to 3-13 (1-2 MIAC) while the Pipers improved to 8-8 (1-2 MIAC).
Coming out with energy, the Wildcats cruised to a fairly easy win in the first set, 25-18. However, they let down in the second set and Hamline stepped up their game, taking down the Wildcats 25-13. The match began to get tight in the third set, as the teams battled past 25 points, with the Wildcats eventually taking the set 28-26. After Hamline took a close fourth set, the fifth set was back and forth the entire time, with the Pipers making several key plays to close out the victory.
Kayla Sis had an outstanding day on attack, with 13 kills and a .444 attack percentage and Marie O'Neil had 14 kills.

Callie Teigen split time at setter, with Lindquist contributing 16 set assists and three aces, and Teigen with 26 set assists and three aces.
