Wildcats end tournament 4-0

The St. Kate's volleyball team finished up their weekend with two more convincing wins, defeating Crown College 3-0 (25-11, 25-21, 25-15) and Presentation College 3-0 (25-14, 25-8, 25-10). The Wildcats, who are now 11-5 on the season, finished up the tournament with a perfect 4-0 record. All four games were won in three sets.
Against Presentation, Brittni Wangerin, Megan Ahlbrecht and Maria Hoffman all recorded ten kills. The Wildcats hit .396 on the game, while Presentation hit .034.
Against Crown, the Wildcats got 11 kills from Hoffman, nine kills from Ahlbrecht and 30 assists and four service aces from Nina Lindquist.
At 11-5 the Wildcats are off to their best start in over a decade and have nearly matched their win total from last season. 
St. Kate's, winners of eight of their last nine games, will host Concordia-Moorhead on Wednesday September 23rd at 7 pm in the Butler Center gym.
