Ryanna Steinhaus earns her second Fleur-de-lis Award in her time at St. Kate's after a stellar two week stretch and going undefeated while on the teams spring break tip. She claimed the Wildcats lone point against a talented Coe College team at No. 5 singles, then followed that performance up by going undefeated both singles and doubles. Steinhuas began the trip by having a big comeback - down 2-5 - at #2 doubles with partner Marie Pelletier to win 7-5 and secure the doubles point for the Wildcats against Transylvania. She further helped the team complete a 7-0 win with a dominant 6-1, 6-1 win in singles. On our second day of competition, Steinhaus won the deciding match 7-6(2), 6-2 at #5 singles in our 4-3 victory over Carthage College. On the final day she helped win the doubles point with a win at #2 doubles and the team win over Sweet Briar with a straight sets win in singles.
