Senior Anna Friendshuh was awarded her first Fleur-de-lis Award of the academic year for her research presentation on the Long COVID and Psychological well-being for adults in the United States. Friendshuh presented at the 2025 Southern Demographic Association in Lexington, Kentucky about the importance of addressing the challenges faced by those living with Long COVID. Her results presented the significant associations and emphasized the lasting mental and emotional effects of the condition.
