Senior Allison Marso earns her first Fleur-de-lis Award of her collegiate career for her outstanding leadership on and off the court. Since being medically cleared to play just two weeks ago, her on court communication and enthusiasm has elevated those others around her. She has taken on the leadership of her Middle Hitter positional group through her example and her voice, encouraging and helping the first-year middles better understand the nuances of playing the position at the competitive collegiate level.
