Rookie swimmer Macy Klein joined Grohman at the 2019 NCAA Championships appearing in a total of six different events over the four days. As an individual Klein competed in the 50-yard freestyle finishing 25^th and the 100-yard freestyle in 18^th. As a member of the Wildcats’ relay team, the first-year earned All-American honors in the program and conference record setting 400-yard freestyle relay, swimming the fifth fastest time in the event and lifetime. Klein was also on the 200-yard freestyle relay team with the Wildcats finishing 27^th, the 200-yard medley relay team with a team finish of 25^th and the 400-yard medley relay team just shy of the consolation final finishing in 17^th. This is Klein’s third Fleur-de-lis honor this season.
