Earning her second Fleur-de-lis Award this season, sophomore All-American Sydney Grohman is recognized for her outstanding performance at her first career appearance at the 2019 Championships. Grohman was a member of three relay teams over the four-day event for St. Kate’s competing in the 200, 400, and 800-yard freestyle relays. In the 200-yard freestyle relay the sophomore standout had a lifetime best split time of 24.02. The team’s best relay at the championships was in the 400-yard freestyle relay playing 6^th overall for All-American honors. The teams finish set a new program and Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) record. Grohman’s third relay appearance was the 800-yard freestyle placing 12^th overall.
