The St. Catherine University golf team has had a memorable season all around, but the spring portion of the schedule has lent itself to some unbelievable team and individual performances this season that have destroyed the program record books. No weekend has been better for the Wildcats than the last, though, and sophomore Abby Conzemius (Chanhassen, Minn./Minnetonka) led the Wildcats every step of the way. For her record-setting weekend, Conzemius has been named the Wildcat Athlete of the Week. 

For the second weekend in a row, the Conzemius finished second individually to lead the Wildcats to a team tournament victory against Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) competition – this time the Wildcats edged out host Bethel University in a tiebreaker. Both squads carded 641 (+65) which destroyed the previous Wildcat school record by 11 strokes. Conzemius had the top score for the Wildcats on day two to help the team set a new school record for 18 holes with a score of 315 (+27). 

Conzemius not only led the team to several new records, but she also claimed her spot at the top of the individual Wildcat records. The sophomore matched her career-best score of 78 (+6) on the opening day of play. Then, she dropped two strokes Sunday to tie the school record for 18 holes with a new career-best score of 76 (+4). Conzemius' two day total of 154 (+10) was also a new career-best for the All-MIAC sophomore and it shattered the previous record of 160 (+16) by six strokes. 

This season, Conzemius leads the Wildcats with a 81.47 stroke average per round and +9 to par. Her 76 (+4) from Sunday is the lowest by a Wildcat golfer this season. She also has two top five and four top 10 tournament finishes this season and previously earned All-MIAC honors in the fall after finishing ninth at the MIAC Championships in October. 

Conzemius and the rest of the Wildcat golfers will wrap up the 2014-15 season with a final tournament hosted by Carleton COllege Saturday adn Sunday at the Northfield COuntry Club in Northfield, Minnesota.
