Megan Killmer has been chosen as the Athlete of the Week after scoring three goals this weekend against Augsburg. The first year is already proving to be a strong asset for the St. Kate's hockey team. She scored the Wildcats' only goal on Friday and two out of their four goals on Saturday.

Killmer made good use of a power play early on in Saturday's game, scoring on assist from Kelsey Abrahamson and Kayla Clafton. She got her second goal near the start of the second period, this time on assist from Shelby Salmonson and Kasey Evans. Killmer's two goals helped the Wilcats clinch the win.

The Wildcats hope to continue to move up in the conference standings as they take on St. Mary's University this weekend. They play at home at Mariucci Arena on Friday and then travel to Winona on Saturday.
