Junior Volleyball player Stephanie Meschke has been selected as the Wildcat Athlete of the Week after her solid performance this weekend at the Central Tournament. As a result of her outstanding efforts, Meschke was named to the All-Tournament team.
Meschke proved to be the most consistant Wildcat attacker on the weekend, compiling 14, 13, and 13 kills in the team's three matches. Against Bethel, she also had three aces, three solo blocks, and two block assists. This is Meschke's first all-tournament honor this season.
The Wildcats get back into action this weekend, taking on Augsburg College Friday night and University of St. Thomas on Saturday.
