Erin Coughlin was named Wildcat Athlete-of-the-Week after her stellar day at the Tommie Twilight meet. Coughlin went three-for-three in setting new personal bests, and moved into the St. Kate's top ten all-time in all three events.
Coughlin started the meet by setting a new personal best in the high jump with a leap of 1.51 meters (4-11.5), which is #6 all-time at SCU. She then went under 60.00 in the 400 and under 27.00 in the 200 for the first time in her life. The sophomore is now #9 all-time in the 200 (26.92) and #4 all-time in the 400 (59.11).
Coughlin and the rest of the Wildcats track & field team will wrap up the 2010-11 athletic season for St. Kate's on Friday and Saturday at the MIAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships in St. Peter, Minn.
