Other Sports: Ashley has been a member of the SCU Softball team all four years.
High School: At Elk River High School, Matthys earned letters in Nordic skiing and softball. Her softball team also earned a trip to the 2009 State Tournament, where her team was named State Champions.
Personal: Her favorite memory from high school was winning the High School State Softball Tournament. She is a Nursing major and the daughter of Rick and Robyn Matthys.
