High School - Fall Creek High, Faith earned honorable mention honors, was team captain, and a three-time varsity letter winner. Her senior year the team was regional and sectional champs and participated in the state tournament.

Personal - Her favorite athlete is Lisa Leslie. Faith is planning on majoring in Interpreting and English. She is the daughter of Patty and Alan Chelmo.
