NORTHFIELD, Minn. -- The St. Catherine cross country team appeared at the St. Olaf Invite Saturday for their first 6K race of the 2021 fall season. Senior Julia Clark was the team's top-finisher coming in with a time of 25:01 in 63rd. 

Senior Anya Swanson was the second Wildcat across the finish line placing 101st with a time of 26:14. Sophomore Brenna Nelson competed in her first collegiate 6K recording the third best finish on the team at 27.52.

Junior Morgan Brandt was two minutes behind B. Nelson with a time of 29:10 just ahead of senior Lizzy Erlandson who came in at 29:25. Senior Katie Nelson ran finished the race at 29:58 rounding out the Wildcats. 

St. Kate's returns to competition on Friday, October 1 at Highland Park Golf Course for a 6K hosted by Hamline.
