The 8 point first half deficit was too much to overcome as the Wildcat's lose to the Oles Saturday afternoon in the Butler Center. Despite out scoring St. Olaf in the second half, St. Kate's couldn't close the gap in the closing minutes. The loss brings the Wildcats to 3-7 on the year and 2-5 in conference play.

Laura Kalbfell led SCU with 22 points and 6 rebounds, scoring 17 in the first half.  Sonja Ellingson added 11 points and 7 rebounds and Quinn Halverson finished with 5 points, 9 assists and 3 steals. 

St. Kate's shot 40% from the field, 26% from the 3-point line and 77% from the free throw line. 

The Wildcats play again on Wednesday night, January 12th at St. Mary's in Winona.
