Soccer has three earn MIAC honors
The St. Kate's soccer team had three athletes named to the MIAC women's All-Conference team. The Wildcats three team captains: Brittini Deeb, Kelsey Nistler and Kim Engel all earned conference honors.
Defender
Brittini Deeb was named to the MIAC All-Conference team for the second consecutive season. Deeb was an instrumental part of the team's outstanding defense that limited opponents to 20 goals on the season.
Junior
Kelsey Nistler was named MIAC All-Conference for the first time after earning honorable mention honors each of her first two seasons at St. Kate's.
Kim Engel earned her first MIAC soccer honors, being named to the all-conference honorable mention team. The speedy defender played a pivotal role in matching up against opponents offensive threats and helping to keep them off the scoreboard.
Engel was also named to the MIAC All-Sportsmanship team.
