Chris Citowicki
Head Coach Chris Citowicki

The 2011 season will be Chris Citowicki's first season as the head coach of the Wildcats.  Citowicki adds a vibrant new energy to the Wildcat soccer program and brings experience at all levels of the sport. 

Citowicki is a familiar face in the MIAC, after serving as an assistant women’s soccer coach at Augsburg College for the 2010 season.  While at Augsburg, Citowicki was a key in attracting new recruits to campus and helping the team to a winning record in the MIAC. Citowicki has been an active member of the Olympic Development Program in Minnesota for the past few years, serving as Head Coach of the 1996/1997 girls’ teams.  He has also coached at the club level with Woodbury Soccer Club and is involved with numerous soccer camps within the community. 

Citowicki played professionally for several years in Australia before coming to the States to attend Lock Haven University.  Citowicki graduated in 2006 and then went on to earn a Master of Science in Sport Studies from Bemidji State University, where he was a graduate assistant coach and helped lead the Beavers to a 12-6-1 conference record.

Citowicki lives in St. Louis Park with his wife Aryn.

Lindsey Bowman
Assistant Coach Lindsey Bowman
Lindsey is in her first season coaching the Wildcats.  She comes to St. Kate's from Chaska High School, where she was the varsity girls' head coach in 2010.  Lindsay got her start in coaching at Mankato West High School, where she coached from 2006-2009 and helped the program qualify for the state tournament for the first time in school history.  Lindsey also coaches the Burnsville Fire Soccer Club.  She teaches Health and Physical Education at the Urban League Academy.  Lindsey graduated from Minnesota State University-Mankato in 2009 with a degree in Physical Education and School Health. 
 




Sean Cochran
Assistant Coach Sean Cochran
Sean is in his first year working with the St. Kate's soccer program. He is the Wildcats goalkeeper coach and is certified by the NSCAA, holding a Level III GK license.  Sean graduated from St. Paul Central High School.  In addition to playing on his high school team, Sean also played club soccer for the St. Paul Blackhawks.  In addition to his work at St. Kate’s, Sean coaches the girls’ youth team for the Eden Prairie Soccer Club and does private goalkeeper training.  He resides in St. Paul. 



Tyler Seidel
Assistant Coach Tyler Seidel
Tyler joins the Wildcat coaching staff for his first season in 2011.  A graduate of Woodbury High School, Tyler was a four-year letter winner.  He then went on to play soccer at Augsburg College, graduating in 2009.  Tyler has been coaching for the past five seasons with the Woodbury High School boys' program and with the Woodbury Soccer Club, where he is currently the coach of the U13 boys team.  He also has been a part of the Minnesota Youth Soccer Olympic Development program for several years.  Tyler is liscensed by the US Soccer Federation with his C License and his Youth License.
